Support the Community
Small actions keep books moving
Supporting Hixville does not have to mean sending money. Books, time, care for a local Box, and simply telling another reader about Hixville Book Box all help the community grow.
Share Books
Bring appropriate books to a Hixville Book Box that needs them, or pass along a traveling book when you finish reading.
Help a Local Box
Keep an eye on a nearby Book Box. If something looks empty, damaged, missing, or out of place, account holders can report its status.
Spread the Word
Tell neighbors, readers, schools, local groups, and authors about Hixville Book Box and the Find a Book Box map.
Start a Book Box
A free Hixville account lets you use the Hixville tools for getting an official numbered sign and registering your Book Box.
Participate as an Author
A new Author Subscription includes the regular Hixville account automatically and unlocks the expanded author tools.
Keep It Welcoming
Choose books in usable condition, respect the Box and its location, and leave the area ready for the next reader.

Hixville Book Box is not presenting payments on this page as charitable donations. If a formal donation program is added later, it will be clearly identified here with the correct details.
