About Hixville Book Box
A community built around books that move
Hixville Book Box connects neighborhood Book Boxes, traveling books, readers, Box owners, and authors. The goal is simple: make it easier to share a book, discover the story behind it, and follow where it goes next.
Neighborhood Book Boxes
Find participating Hixville Book Boxes and keep community shelves active with books for the next reader.
Traveling Books
HBB-BK tracking gives an individual book copy its own journey as readers find it, read it, pass it on, or return it.
Authors & Readers
Hixville gives participating authors a way to connect books with readers while keeping the community centered on book sharing.
Start by finding a Book Box
Finding a Hixville Book Box is the one community feature that does not require an account. When you want to scan books, follow journeys, use the Shop, register a Box, or use other Hixville tools, create a regular Hixville account for free.
